NT Support,

The forum has stopped emailing me updates to threads I’ve subscripted to, disregarding the “Instant” email notification settings I have on my thread subscriptions.

Any ideas?

I have tested subscribed threads notifications on a test account and they worked fine.
The only think I can come up with is the checks are not taking, you might try unsubscribing then re subscribing to that thread and see if that takes.

Also you probably already have but just ensure that we have your correct e-mail in your account profile.
Main page tool bar -> user CP -> Setting & Options -> Edit Email & password

Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that we have fixed the problem. Can you please test again by posting to this thread? The last thread I was subscribed to was posted to awhile ago.

Unfortunately, no such luck. The problem still exists.

I have double checked the email address and it appears to be correct.
