Hattori-Kun, welcome to our forums - please retry loading the GC data after you've reset the instrument under Tools > Options > Misc and then restarted NinjaTrader fresh.

Also: Do you get the needed data displayed in eSignal directly and do you see any errors in NinjaTrader's log tab as your issue occurs?

It looks like you're not authorized to trade this market. Can you please contact your broker and have them add the instrument to your list of authorized symbols to trade.
