I'm charting the YMu07, volume bars, opentick or IB data. The last two mornings I have holes in the data from both sources. Today, yesterday's chart looks fine. I have reloaded the data, no help. Is there a way I can delete cached data?

I reloaded the data, 10,000 share volume bars for today since the open are at 6:38, 6:46, 7:46am. Another charting package shows 9 10,000 share bars since 6:30am, not 3. I had the same behaviour yesterday.

Regarding data suppliers, in the wizard I don't see a way to add Track but I see a folder for Track in the program files. Is MyTrack an option for a data provider?

- NT IB adapter does not support volume nor tick data, since IB does not support real tick data (only snapshot data)
- unfortunately you can not delete erroneous data
- however, you can reload by Tools->Historical data->Reload

thanks, i had read the info. The esignal special looks especially good as a choice of data provider btw, way to go.

Regarding Track, it does not appear as a choice when I am using the wizard to set up a new account, will it show up only after I have the mytrack software installed?

I would show up as you have a regular NT license, since you trade through TrackData as well. If you have a regular (non free) license yet -> please contact "sales AT ninjatrader DOT com".
