Market Replay and Brent Crude Oil

Hey,
two questions.

1. How do i add the market replay feature? I follwed the instuctions on the website, but i can't find it when i do what it says. Yes i have the latest version

2. I want to trade brent crude oil futures. Ticker is COIL. I have NT connected to an IB data feed, which supports this market, but NT won't let me add it.

no need to add it. It's there by default
