ninja doesnt load mbtrading nav today

On friday it worked normally today it doesn't load mbtrading navigator.

Did the version changed or something?

I am running ninja 6.5 and navigator 11.3.0.4

Deinstall old ver ,instal new ver.

Same problem ninja fail to load navigator it says wrong user and pass.

Stand alone navigator loads normally with the same user and password
or occasionally it says host version incompatible....

note that i have 6.5 ninjatrader not 7

clear cache in new version and it conected with ninja.
