TS connect error message

I followed the directions for setting up Tradestation data connection, but When I go to connect a symbol I get the following pop up error."Unable to connect to Ninjatrader(127.0.0.1/36973. Please make sure NinjaTrader is running:Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Again I have gone through the directions and folloowed them point by point. Is it possible there is a conflict as I run it on my local account as opposed to out of my Administrator account on the machine?
