Problem executing NinjaTrader

this is the first install on this hard disk.

Installation went without a hitch but once I try to load up the software I get these 2 errors below, one after the other.. and afterwards, it crashes...
Anyone up to the task?

I've checked and the MDB file IS there.. so I have no idea what's wrong.

This looks like a corrupted .NET 2.0 runtime installation. Please:
- uninstall NT6 via control panel
- uninstall .NET 2.0 runtime via control panel
- clear your browser cache
- download and install .NET 2.0 runtime again from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en
- download and install NT6 again
