Charts Not Updating

I am new to NT, and am using NT7 Beta. My broker is MBTrading. I completed the MBT symbol mapping in the instrument manager, but when I open a chart I am not receiving any live data. No error messages either. I tried it on ES, GC, and CL with the same results.

Please advise.

Thank you for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader and MBT do you have installed? For NT you need to be on V6.5.1000.15 which you can check under Help--> About.
For MBT you need to be on Navigator window 11.5.0.5.

Thanks. I actually had different versions of Ninja and MBT than what you posted. I did switch to the versions you suggested, and repeated the symbol mapping in NT 6.5. However I am still not receiving any data. I am connecting to MBT without any problems, but no data, and no error messages.
