I am only now having this problem, and I am not too sure it has to do with the latest release, but I only started having it, since the new release.

When Trading through the Dynamic SuperDOM, as soon as I place a trade, the entire application freezes up.

If i place a simulated trade, there is no problem, this only happens with my live trading account.

- which broker are you connected to?
- which instrument is this?
- how much physical RAM does you machine have?
- how much RAM still is available before you start NT?

Global Futures is my broker, it mostly takes over 10 seconds to connect to their server once I say connect. Iqfeed use to been the same way, until you guy fixed it in the latest release.

The ES is the instrument.
53 % of Ram free before 46% of Ram free after Ninja Trader Running.

I have 2 GB of Ram, running windows Vista

- can you reproduce at will?
- do you have any chance to try on a different PC?
- is this an order on the sim account or the live GlobalFutures accounts?

- can you reproduce at will?
Well it has happened to me about the last 3 times I traded, and it only occurs when trading with my live account, so I might be able to reproduce it. I will test it on sunday and see what happens.

- do you have any chance to try on a different PC?
I could install Ninja on my Laptop.

- is this an order on the sim account or the live GlobalFutures accounts?
This is an order on the Live Global Futures account, the sim account doesn;t have a problem.

Great. Please check on your laptop and let us know if the problem exists there as well. Thanks

I don;t seem to have the problem on the laptop, or today on the regular machine. Well if it happens again, I will take note of all that I have open, in order to track the problem.

Take care.
