I'm new to NT.
Can alerts be set on Indicators and trend lines?
eg. can I set an alert on a chart which is triggered when the price crosses a trendline or a Bollinger envelope?
Can a Strategy be setup to make a stop (or take profit order) trace a trendline or other indicator?

Yes you can do that by (a) custom coding in your indicator or (b) by configuring an alert on the market analyzer. I suggest browsing the help guide and scanning for "alert". http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/helpguide.html

Yes, same as above
