Thank you for your post.

This can be set in your chart properties. Right Click on your Chart > Properties.

You can't override the default up down colors but you can save the chart as a template. (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/Templates.html) You can then quickly apply these settings to future charts.

The programming property that gives access to the color of a price bar is BarColor (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/BarColor.html).
