Is it possible to access the book/level II with IQFeed ? I can successfully access it using Zen etc. but it does not seem to stream with my IQFeed.

Yes this is supported. Do you have a L2 subscription through IQ feed?

After speaking to them, they have Level II on Nasdaq but not futures.
