6.5.1000.15

New to NT and using Sim account with ZenFire.

Have been using NT for the last week now with no issues. On Friday I received a "Your NT version does not match your license. Please update to the most recent version." I close NT and started it up again and that time it worked - used all day Friday with no issues. Today I keep getting that same error over and over. I double checked the license key sent via EMail and it is correct.

What now????

Hello Support,

I have the same issue here but only my Live license. My SIM license was ok. Originally running Multi-broker Live License 6.5.1000.14. So I then upgrade it to 1000.15 and the issue persists. I have NOT downloaded/installed version 7.0.0.14 Beta.

Is this related to server side upgrade that was mentioned in Ver 7 beta 14 release notes?

Kindly attend to this asap, as my strategy is running on 6.5.

Yes – the issue is related to the necessity for the DNS to update. If this issue still persists later in the day please send us a note to support AT NinjaTrader dot com.
