Hi Ray, Dierk and all

I'm still not getting charts for ZG DEC contract. I gave it a day, thinking it might normalize, but today all I see on a 5 minute chart are about 20 bars, no indicators. It was the same yesterday. I am creating the chart from my default template. Other contracts so created are fine.

Any ideas?

Can you send us a screen shot of your chart?

I can test on my pc to verify if we can reproduce.

Hi Nelson:

Thank you for your reply.

For contracts such as the ZG, which expire on a monthly basis, Zenfire will record the next 4 expiry months.

So, for the ZG contract, your chart will be blank for the ZG 12-07 since no historical data is being recorded as of yet.

This morning, the July expiration was removed and the November contract was added.

Next month we will add the 12-07 contract.

As per sending screen shots, a great tool when using Windows Vista is the Snipping Tool that can be found under Windows Accessories.
