Hi,

I have uploaded the trace file.

Scenario:

Connect to Market Replay Connection.
File -> New -> Chart: I use YM 03-09 and use all default settings.
Crash.
I have imported previously recorded data from 6.5 when I first started 7.0. My recording is from 16 Sep 2008 to 5 Aug 2009. However, the recording is not consistent and consecutive, many days are missing, and even for each day, not the whole 24 hour is recorded. Several instruments could have been recorded, such as YM, 6E, ADD, however, not all instruments are recorded every day.

The following scenario works:

File -> New -> Chart: I use YM 03-09 and use all default settings.
Connect to Market Replay Connection.
Candlesticks appear on the chart.
Thanks.

Thanks for reporting. Curious: are you working with account groups?

Hi,

I don't think so... However, since I do not know what you meant by "account groups", I could have used it accidentally in NT6.5 and then it got migrated into NT7? In NT7, I did not perform any other settings, other than performing the first migration which was triggered when running NT7 the first time.

What other info would you need to debug this? The data collected is about 122mb (sum up from cache, data, day, minute, tick folders).

Thanks.

Hi,

When I have gotten the chart up using the following scenario:

File -> New -> Chart: I use YM 03-09 and use all default settings.
Connect to Market Replay Connection.
Candlesticks appear on the chart.
NT7 will also crash when I try to access the chart properties by right-clicking and choosing Properties. Thanks.

Regards.

Please go Tools->Options->Data->Account groups and remove any account group you would find there. This should help you working around that issue for now. A proper fix would come with next update. Thanks
