I repaired my database, now NT won't connect; no error message.
I'm using zenfire with amp futures. I've created a new account, that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Hi,

Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Put in the subject 'For Vince'.

Include your username and password you received from your broker so we can test on our end.

Also, let me know if this is for a Zen-Fire Demo or Live account.

Vince; I don't want to email my user/password...but;
the NT account has been set to sim only, and the Amp account is live.
I am sim trading til I go live again later this year.

Hi,

Ok, try this:
- Remove your account connection
- Repair your database under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Repair DB
- Exit NinjaTrader
- Reboot your machine
- Restart NT
- Recreate the account connection
- Connect

If there's an error message please let me know what exactly it is.

What you can do as well is contact your broker and ask them if there's an issue with your account.
