Charts loosing market data stream

Hello,

Today around 3PM EST (23H00 in my GMT+4 timezone), my NT7 charts froze as both the Time and Sales window and the DOM kept on being fed through Zen-Fire connection.
I shut down NT7 then later on, at 4:15 PM EST I launched NT7 again and my charts were still frozen.
I shut down NT7 then launched NT6.5 at 4:25 PM EST and the data stream was feeding my charts.

I welcome any help.

Thank you for your post.

This may be due to the Sessoin template you have applied to your chart. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Set to Default 24/5 or Default 24/7-->Click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Thanks a lot, I set up 24/5 and everything is Ok. However, a new problem has appeared.

A) When I replay Market Data, both of the Data Series I use are displayed on the panel 1 of my chart (see Chart_historical.gif attachment)

B) When I switch to live data stream, both T&S window and DOM display the live data stream and the BuySellVolume indicator is displayed as well; however I no longer get neither the 233t candlestick nor the 2097t box (see Chart_live.gif attachment).

I scrolled my mouse wheel through the z-order ladder but it did not help although it once did.
I attach an image of the relevant properties.

Eventually, I solved my problem by trying again the z-order with level 2/4 for box.
