Auto Scalling in chart

The charts appear to Autoscale to encompass the price and indicators. Is there a way to control the auto-scalling such that the scaling is only measured against Price and not the indicators being overlayed?

Yes. Each indicator has a property "AutoScale" that you can set to false in the Indicator's dialog window.
