How can I delete bad bars from a volume based chart.

Hi,
At this time, we do not support the deletion of bars or ticks. This is on our list for future enhancement.

Is it possible to purge all historical data for an instrument?

Unfortunately not, but you may reload the data by:
- Tools->Historical data->Reload OR
- Tools->Historical data->Import
Both will overwrite existing data.
