View Full Version : Problem connecting Pats account

I have a strange problem almost each time I connect with my Pats account.
I log NT to my account before Eurex market opens but very often some of the contracts I follow (Dax, Eurostoxx, Bund) results as n/a even though I'm sure they are trading during the pre-market minutes.
This problem is not specific to a contract , sometimes I have it with Dax , sometimes with Eurostoxx or Bund .
Usually to solve it I have to restart NT several times until I get all the contracts working.
It's not specific to my account because I have the same problem if I log to my demo account.

Can you help me ?

Sorry, I would not know what causes that. If n/a displayed then NT did not get any market data. I suggest contacting your broker.

I have been trying to connect to Pats but connecting just hangs and will not turn green. I have been speaking with Pats and they need to trace where the fault is. can you help? I am using the multi version and no problem with connecting to ZenFire or IB.

- please make sure you are on latest NT6R4
- do your logs hold any indication on what's going wrong?

I am on latest version 6.04 and log just says


Patsystems (NoError) in yellow highlight.

I see. I then would need to connect to your live account to see what's going on there.

Could you please PM me to "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com":
- you Pats account credentials
- your zipped DB (Tools->Help->Mail to support->check attach DB). Don't forget to set my email address, so mail is sent to me directly
