B10 Data Gap Today...

After the close today looking back in charts noticed a data gap from 8:00am to 8:18am Pacific in the NQ, YM & TF....the data actually came in at that time, but is not appearing on charts now after reconnecting to Zen data.

Tried rebuild and restore DB + reload...

Just curious how this may have happened.

Thank you for your post.

Please provide me with an image of one of your charts and I will see if I receive the same results on my end.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply.

I am seeing the same on my end.

There was a brief outage of the historical data server this morning. Unfortunately, it seems that data from this period is not available.
