No data in SuperDOM

Hello --

Live data (DTN) is flowing through on the Control Panel (orders tab). However, when I go to File->New>Dynamic SuperDOM, I don't see any data (when a valid symbol is selected).
Is there something that I am missing?

Thank you for your post.

Likely the reason the SuperDOM is not working is because you are not subscribed to Level II data with DTN.

Please check the data in the chart, and confirm with DTN what features your subscription includes.
