Strategy Analyser parms - Exclude weekend has disappeared

The "Exclude Weekends" parm in the strategy analyser settings has disappeared - this was really useful and very distinct from "Exit on Close" which is also very useful

Allan, this is now all managed via the session templates in NinjaTrader 7's session manager (Tools > Session Manager).
