SuperDom and Basic Entry Screen Lockup

I am running V4.0.37. Lately, when I open a SuperDom or Basic Entry window (account defaults to SIM mode) then I switch to my live brokerage account the order buttons will not work and switching back to SIM and the account button locks in the SIM mode.

Also I have noticed that the CH symbol appears on the SuperDom window and this is not a feature I have activated.

Any ideas?

Computer resource issues? How much RAM do you have? How many other applications are you running?

I have 2 megs of RAM. I am running the normal complement of trading related programs: Esignal, Ninja Trader, Snagit, Outlook, and a live chat room feed.

I am using about 30% of RAM capacity and CPU is not working had either.

I assume you mean 2GB RAM. When you get a chance, can you run NT as the only application and try? Same result?

I tried running NT as the only program running and the same result. When I open either a SuperDom or Basis entry window using SIM account then enter the instrument ES 06-05 the Account window cannot be accessed.

Then I enter the instrument ES 03-05 it restores access to the account window. Then I can change instrument back to ES 06-05 and trade OK with brokerage account.

It seems something is affecting the switching between SIM and the brokerage account.
