Mouse Button

I have a mouse with a scroll button. The scroll button does not have the functionality as described in the written documentation and video presentations. Do I need to teak somewhere in the operating system ???

Yes, in either your windows control panel, mouse set up or, mouse set up software provided by the mouse manufacturer. You want to set your scroll wheel button to act as a middle click.
