Where to find downloadable books/videos

You seem to want to tell me of a link that I have visited several times already. So my second question is where can I find the real customer support? Obviously, this is not the real customer support or you would not be wasting my time like this. Would you suggest I ask Mike Toohey at Advantage? The deal I made with him was that I would switch brokerage firms when I understood the software. It doesn't look like I will ever get to that stage since there is not real customer support at NinjaTrader, does it?

Maybe we are misunderstanding but the link provided has links to all of our support resources including:

- Links to our video library
- Links to our Help Guide including a PDF version that you can print
- Our support forum
- Links to our online training events

Which is what you asked for. We do not have a "book" and if that is what you want, then you are out of luck.

If the link to our support center is not sufficient for you then there are unfortunately no other resources available.

Neither I not my broker could find this printable guide as it is called. Nor could he find the videos. That is the problem, that is the question.
