IB - Reloads All data Always

Hello


i'm having a really big issue when using IB as historical data provider.
For testing issues i've used exported data from TS because i was migrating strategies, so wanted to make sure it had the same data.

Now those strategies are running live on IB, so i deleted all data from TS, and trying to load IB data.

BUT

no matter what i do, NT will ALWAYS reload ALL data from IB.
I create a new chart, tell NT to load 50days, it loads.
i tell it 60 days, and it'll reload everything instead of the 10missing days.


This never happened when i had some data from TS in it.



I've installed ninjatrader + ib on my laptop to test it, and from scratch it does the same issue !
I've read everything i could from the forum, but nothing seems to answer my problem :(

Hi,

I see you also reported an issue in another post. Can you confirm you're not on TWS 901 but on 900.

I Loaded the 900 version
emptyed the databse, and am trying again. but seems to react the same way

(reloading all data, not just the missing data)

Can you check the steps in the link below one more time carefully to make sure nothing has been missed:

After that reboot your machine and restart NT, then connect and see if all is updated. If not try Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload
