Charting is not moving

hi, i'm using eSignal for my data feeds.
Somehow NT doesn't display any ER2 data since yesterday, and charting is not moving at all. I don't have any problem with ER2 on esignal charts though. See attached.
any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

Let's try this...

1. Can you re-produce this behavior?

2. Disconnect from eSignal and shutdown NT and restart the software.

3. Connect again to eSignal.

4. Do you now receive data for the ER2?

5. Are there any reported errors in NinjaTrader when attempting to receive data?
