Order plotting

I have recently run into some serious problems with the timeliness of order executions.

I am trying to pinpoint the problem and would like to know exactly when the order is plotted on a chart.

Am I right in assuming that nothing is plotted until NT receives the fill update from the broker?

Are you talking about:
a) executions, resulting from a fill, which are plotted on chart? OR
b) order visualized on chart as the chart trader is enabled?

I am talking about scenario a here.

FYI the orders are triggered by a NinjaScript strategy.

I am talking about the executions resulting from fills plotted on a chart. And the orders that are being filled are submitted by a NinjaScript strategy running on that chart.
