View Full Version : TT-FIX non-functioning?

I'm getting an orange field behind the "Connected - Trading Technologies" box in the lower left hand corner of the control panel, which I've never seen before.
I know some adjustments were required in the SENDER ID, which I have implemented as directed, but I'm not getting any live data at all. Anyone else having a similar experience?

Hello tortoise08,
The orange color indicates one of the servers is not properly connected. As per your description, the price server is not setup correctly.
I suggest to double check if you applied the adjustments correctly.

Yes, thanks. I've double-checked the settings and they do appear to be correct. Does this indicate a problem on the broker's end? Thanks

That could be; I suggest to contact them as well to verify.
Perhaps undo the adjustment, do you get connected properly (in green)?
