After connection lost I try to reconnect NT and fail.

Got this notice.

Restart my pc and same result

Hello,

Thank you for your note.

Can you please remove, repair and recreate your connection.


Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
Restart NinjaTrader
Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.


If that fails to work can you please let us know who your data provider is?

Can you please restart NinjaTrader and then follow the instructions to repair the database.

Restart and working again thank you.

Can you explain what went wrong? I dont want this to happen when trading live.

Hi,

This was occurring yesterday with many GAIN customers, and I believe it had something to do with the data feed itself.

Beyond that I am unsure of what occurred, but it from the message it appears the server that you connect to was down for a bit.
