Open tick to DOM

I have the most recent update running but this problem existed with V6.0000.2 also. I can connect and data shows in the control center and the green bar shows in the lower left corner but no data is getting through to the dom. I have access to another feed and when I add it as the secondary connection I get data through to the dom. Any ideas on how to correct the opentick problem as I want to use it only.

Thank you for your note.

Unfortunately OpenTick is not supported with our SuperDOM. You can use OpenTick for historical data in our Charts and real time data in the Control Center.

This is true for both dom's??? Any plan on making data available in dom?

Yes it is true for both. We do not support OT market depth data. We are working with them to be able to support this in the future. No ETA on this.
