Is it ok to log into 2 computers at the same time. For example, I had to leave the office and I had an open position in my DOM. I tried using my remote access on my iphone and it was working, so I logged into NT from my laptop. When I got back to the office, the message on NT said was logged off by broker or external login.
Is this ok to do? Will this work the same way everytime?

Hello jaak5,
Unfortunately this is not supported; using the same license on two PC's at the same time is illegal. You would need to use a license for each PC.
The disconnection is as expected once you connect from a different PC.

Thanks Jason,
Is ok if I'm only using one PC at a time though? It will automatically log me off the first, PC when I login to the 2nd one everytime right. Do I still need 2 licenses even though I'm just trading on one PC at a time?

Do I need to log off the pc before i leave the office, so i can login to the laptop? What is the best way to do it? Here's an example, I have a order filled, I have to leave the computer and go home. If I log off, will the NT open up they way I left it at the office when i turn it on at home.
thanks,

Yes, please disconnect and close NinjaTrader first if you intend to trade on a different PC.
If the order has a 'Working' or 'Accepted' status, it resides at the broker/exchange and will not be lost.

Note that the order can execute in the mean time.
