If column1=1, column 2 = 1 then ....
or weight columns to give one column a higher weighting than another?

Hello mefTrader,
Thank you for your post.
It is possible to filter multiple columns, though I am not sure what you mean by the weighting. But as long as you are adding to filters to different types of data within each column you can use the same values on the filters.
But with the filter if only one of the two filters is true the row will not be displayed, and depending on the data you are filtering you may want to consider that when applying filters to multiple columns. Please see the following link.

Weighting Column A has twice the weighting of column B so when you sort it does A (high to low first) then Column B(high to low)?

Hi,
If you click on the column you can sort from high to low, or low to high but you can only sort based on one column at a time, and so the weighting of column A versus column B should not make a difference except for the row filter.
You could have two Market Analyzers open and then sort one based on Column A and the other based on Column B.
