View Full Version : Disconnecting problem

Placing ad order via chart trader or superdome, I'm experiencing immediate disconnection to hostserver, some seconds and the connection come up again....but when reconnecting I get an order cancellation and I can't place any other order because the previous one remains placed to the chart?!?!? and there is no way to manually delete it. The only way is to reboot NT.
I would like to understand if that's a NT-Pats problem or a broker side problem.
I had a phone call with Patrizia Sowinski from GlobalFutures and it seems that all is working fine

Please send send your traces and logs to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com". Help->Mail to support

Please include this information:
- timestamp on when you places the order in question
- order ID of order in question
