It would be nice be able to add a hotspot or buttons to the chart that "PopUp" a large amount of Text & perhaps graphics over the chart.
At Minimum:
Allow one corner of the chart that you can display a icon (ie Smiley or sad face) that tells the trader you have something to say. If they click a dialog apears with details richtext font describing the Trade Alerts. eg: "Buy at this price, Set Targets/Stops at X, or use AutoStrategy called xyz, here is a bitmap showing the type of signal I've recognised."
Call it something like a Trade Advisor, it supliments Trade Alerts with much more detail.
Better yet.
Let me programatiaclly place these little buttons / hotspots anywhere on the chart (but most likely either top or bottom of the price chart for each bar.) when I click or hover over them, a message flies up like a Comment in Excel that the programmer could place a message in.
Again these messages are likely to be warnings of a trade setup or explainations of why a trade did not confirm.
