Hi. New user to NT6.5. Connection is verified, market data received, but no account status or info is being displayed. Is problem likely on broker end or something I dont have enabled? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.
Access to your account information is only available if you have a live NinjaTrader license and you have initiated one trade.
If you go to File and uncheck "Global Simulation Mode", this should give you access to the account drop down menu where you can select your trading account.
Once you have placed one trade then you should see your account details according to this post:

It would be nice to be able to see the account details before placing the first trade.
