View Full Version : Problem connecting to Patsystems

I am using Ninja and Patsystems, and it working fine this morning until the Ninja freeze and now is not connecting to Patsystems at all. I try 2 different systems (PC and Laptop) and they both not connecting to Patsystems.

I called Patsystems and they said i need to contact Ninja support because the patsystems connection are working fine.

Please help me with this problem...

Hello:

Do you receive any error messages when attempting to connect to Patsystems?

Or, does the connection just 'hang there' and not turn green and say 'Connected'?

That right...it just said "Connecting - Patsystems" and later it said "Connected" and the box didn't turn green.....

That right...

What do i need to do ?????

Hi

First, you will want to rename your database. Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you perform this action.

To rename the database, please follow these instructions:
Go to the Windows Start Menu--> My Computer--> C drive--> Program Files--> NinjaTrader6--> DB. Right
click on DB and select Rename and then name your DB as 'New DB'. Now restart NinjaTrader.

Then, re-create your account connection to PatsSystems. Instructions can be found here.

It still said "Connecting - Patsystems"........

When i go to the File -> Disconnect -> Patsystems and it gave me message "Login Filed"

Hello:

Please contact your broker and have them reset your Patsystems account password. Then, attempt to login again after making the changes under Tools > Account Connections.

I called Patsystems and they changed my password ...but it still the same showing "Connecting - Patsystems" and not turning Green....

Hello...I have this problem again...i did rename the database and repair the Ninja and still show "Connected Patsystems" and not GREEN....

Please help me with this problem...
