Hello:
Thank you for your post.

Does NT freeze/crash or does is the software 'Non-Responding'?

Do you receive any error messages?

Can you re-produce the exact point at which NT freezes?

If yes, what are the exact steps?

Try this...

Shutdown NT.

Go to Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and select NinjaTrader 6.

Choose the option 'Remove' and then the option to 'Repair'.

Repair NinjaTrader and then restart the software.

Are the freeze ups still occuring?

If we do this step will it remove any added instrument? thatare not standard to Ninja. Such as Pork Bellies and other... And we also have problem connecting to patsystems. I called Patsystem and on their side the connection are working fine. So it will be Ninja are not connecting to patsystem. What do i need to do next to fix that?

Thank you

There has been an issue with Global Crossings (a core of the internet) that has been known to cause DNS like issues with connecting to Zen-Fire today. See if it works tomorrow.
