Chart error

im getting this error whenever i open a chart

there was more in the error report thing.

happened after computer turned off because of no power

tried to uninstall regedit delete and clean install, same thing

funny, works with the 06-07 contracts, not with the 09-07 ES and ER2 the NQ works
