Connecting to Gain

I have a new, live account with Gain. I have no problem logging into their trading platforms, however when I set up a connection in NT and then try to connect, I get the following error message:

Login failed: Unable to log into the GAIN API. Check user name and password. GAIN error message: "Authntication problem. Do I know you? Perhaps we've not been introduced."

I'm using the same credentials that I use with their Trading platforms.

Any ideas?

Yes, more often than not it means that you have the incorrect user name/password combination. Please double check with GAIN that the information you have is incorrect. If verified and you still can't logon, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this post and we will look into this further.

I still can't get connected to Gain through NT. I can get connected through their ForexTrader program, but not through NT. I would really like to use NT when trading the Forex.
