Please modify this behaviour of the chart tools

I noted that the lines\levels drawn by few drawing tools are visible until "at least" one of the anchor points of the tools is visible (these studies are Fibonacci Retracements, Fibonacci Extensions, Fibonacci Time Extensions , Andrew's Pitchfork , Gann Fan) , but other tools' lines\levels (as Extended line or orizontal lines)are not affected by this problem.
This problem with the first category of drawing tools is annoying because when the chart is zoomed in or rearranged (so reduced in size) into a workspace the lines\levels disappear from sight and any potential interesting area goes unnoticed.
Since some graphic tools don't suffer this please correct the other ones as well.

Please , as enhancement , give the user the possibility to disable the text of chart tools .
For instance 0%, 50% and 100% text in the Andrew's Pitchfork should be deselectable.
