310 Oscillator by LBR

Fairly new to Ninja Trader, I have been looking for LBR's 310 Osc. Recently located it when looking around the Forum, attempted to download without success. Got myself registered, now I am unable to relocate exactly where I was. Can anyone help with this situation. Guess I'm having trouble walking and chewing gum at the same time.
