Is it possible to use ATM strategies with orders generated by Tradestation via DLL ? How would I send an order from TS specifying the ATM strategy to use?

This is possible. See the NTCommand() function. There is a parameter "strategy" which you use to pass in the name of an ATM Strategy template.
