TS data feed into NT

Hey All:

I have followed all the instructions as listed in the following link: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...nDataFeed.html
to hookup my TS data feed into NT. But when I go to open up a chart in NT........it comes up blank with a white background. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Rob_E,

That is expected behaviour since TS can be used as a real-time feed only. You can manually extract historical data for import into NinjaTrader. Instructions are located at the following link - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/Images/NT6TS1.png
