NT crashes/freezes when I connect

My NT crashes/freezes when I connect to my Gain Capital account. This has happened after I manually shut down my laptop after another of my software crashed.

The problem persists despite having reinstalled the program (even the registry).

Do you receive an error message window when it freezes or crashes? If yes, is their a "Details" button that you can press that will display error text?
