Am having trouble with Ninja . . using version .2, have uninstalled and reinstalled. first it wouldn't open, became non responsive, and now it won't connect, screen looks frozen with ghost images of drop down menu and then finally i am starting to get error message after a VERY long wait

Would appreciate help with this before monday morning

Can you try installing the custom version from the link below and see if this makes a difference?

ok, i did that, but it is still inthe same condition. very slow to load, with ghosts and eventual log in failure

Ray, just spoke with Pat at Mirus . . he said their system is off line for another hour for upgrades . . so i will wait and try again then . .hopefully, that will be the answer ?

Ray, I was having trouble elsewhere on my computer . . and couldnt affect a system restore . . so did a restore from safe mode (which worked), reinstalled your v. of ninja and all seems to be in order now
