Should I have the OCO option available. It is greyed out on my chart trader. I used to have it, but it's no longer available for some reason.

Do you mean when you right click>OCO it is grey? Are you using a free trial license? If so, this license has limited functionality. For live trading with full functionality, you must purchase a license here:

For full functionality with sim trading only email us from help>mail to support and we will send you a free license.
