Why do my charts go blank when I elect a daily time frame?

Which provider are you connected to? ZenFire? If so, then our data servers do not provide daily backfill data. You e.g. could check out a provider of free daily data like www.opentick.com.

Ok, Dierk, I've registered with opentick (thank you), but how do I link their data to ninja? I saw where they supoprt the Ninja platform . . .

- you establish an account connection: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_OpenTick.htm
- connect to OpenTick
- pull up your chart -> data should be coming
