NT License validity, while changing PC and Internet connection

Dear sirs,

I have purchased a license for my live trade account from NT.

1.In certain time my PC failed and I have to replace it with a new one. Completely new one!
How can I get the license back to resume my trading on a new PC with my live account?
Is it ever possible at all, or should I buy a new license from NT every time I will change my PC?

2.I often move to another place, even to a different country, sometimes twice in a year.
Can I proceed with my live account at a new place, in another country, on a different PC? or my NT license is not valid at this circumstances any more?

You can use the same license. If you send a note to support at NinjaTrader dot com and refer to this post and include your full name and email address you signed up with, I will send you your Live license.

Please put in the subject 'For Vince'.

Just to clarify, you can use your license on more than one machine. Just not at the same time as it would be against the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Just had a computer melt down and installing on new PC.

Problem... I dont know my live licence key. It is on the broken machine.

How do I retrieve it?
